RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hellocruellavintage@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

As all items are unique vintage pieces, we encourage you to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
