We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at hellocruellavintage@gmail.com We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

Items must be shipped back within the applicable return period and in accordance with the instructions provided.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items are carefully inspected before any refund is issued.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and must not show any additional signs of wear, use, damage, stains, odours or alterations beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Please note that all of our items are photographed in detail before dispatch. Returned items are inspected and compared with their original condition before any refund is processed.

If a returned item shows signs of use beyond what would reasonably be expected when trying it on, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value of the item, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may return your original purchase (if eligible under this policy) and place a new order through our website.
